Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 on the 24th of July, 1992) is a Canadian actress. She was the character Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards grew up within British Columbia. Her career began at a young age, she was introduced to dance and theatre hoping to eventually taking on more serious acting. She graduated from the Acting Essentials Program at Vancouver Film School. Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. After she completed the program and auditioned, she attended an audition for open casting and was signed. Alida Vocal Studio, Vancouver was where she learned. Originally signed as a one-episode guest star, her chemistry with the show's main character Stephen Amell coupled with positive response from the fans and her humorous quips resulted in her first being signed to be a regular co-star for all of the remaining episodes of the season. She was then signed in a role that was regular in the following season.
